Reject such false limitations one by one ; cast them all aside ; renounce them : free mind from cumulatively learned conditioning , and societal linguistic brainwashing .

Patiently let go of such erroneous nonsense ; unlearn ; deconstruct ; tear down ; destroy ; obliterate — depending on level of entrenchment .

Understand how use of language keeps mind in bondage ; examine carefully speech and thought ; language influences thought ; thought influences language — use mind to purify mind of all ideas that are not The True Self .
